Action Learning Set (three sessions)

Do you work or volunteer in an organisation linked to climate change, the environment or communities? Do you have a challenge you are considering?

Would you like to join a small confidential Action Learning Set to support your critical-thinking, problem-solving, creative solutions and innovative practice?

Action Learning Sets are groups of five to seven people who meet on a number of occasions with an action learning facilitator. Action Learning Set members seek to work collectively and in confidence. Each member can individually bring a pertinent professional problem, issue or a situation they want to change to the group for discussion.

Action Learning Sets are a form of coaching and were developed by Original management thinker Reg Revans in the 1940s. Our Action Learning Set will meet on three occasions.

• Monday 24th April - 11.00 am BST - 12.30 pm
• Monday 22nd May  - 11.00 am BST - 12.30 pm
• Monday 19th June - 11.00 am BST - 12.30 pm

The number of participants will be capped at 7.

Facilitated by a trained Action Learning Set Facilitator.
